Life is kinda hard but it's
better than the other options .. er ..option !
I wish we could've gone either last weekend or next weekend, because that cold front KILLED us. We stayed out there from about 7 a.m. till about 4:30 out of sheer stubbornness, with not a single fish to show for it. There were tons of shad at just about every creek channel and old lake, with bigger fish all around them, but we couldn't get them interested in anything.
Ah well, we had a good time b.s'ing all day. Now it's time for me to fix that bunk on my trailer that came loose. THAT was a fun 20 minutes at the ramp trying to get it to stay in place while we loaded the boat...
I hate those "At the ramp" crap. My gear cable at the motor gets outa whack sometime.(No forward) I have to reload with the TM and pull her out to fix it
