2003 225 HO help please.

Hey guys, I've got a 2003 225 HO. I haven't had it long but its done fine up until last week. Had had it out and it ran fine. I took off for the last run and felt it hesitate, then it took off fine. When I went to return to the ramp, I could only get about 3K on the tack and it wouldn't plane out. I idled it back and took off the cowling to see what I could see. Around one of the plugs was a very small amount of oil. Did I just foul a plug or is it worse? I replaced the plugs myself and followed the instructions on how to index them. Maybe I did that wrong? I'm sure I didn't include all the info you need to help me, so if you'll let me know what to add, I'll get that info. Thanks for the help!

Check compression just to be safe then hook up the laptop and see what is happening with it.

i bought mine from ebay, it works fine and cheaper than a dealership!!

Ok, found one on ebay, bought it, any advice on how to opperate it. What to do or more importantly, not to do? Thanks for all the help.

the one from ebay should have came with a manual to tell you how to install and use the software.
