Fiberglass boat repair?

Hi,
Still at it, got some new seats, fishfinder/GPS, windshield from Tiny Fiberglass Repir. Now looking at how to spruce up a section of the boat, bottom section had some repairs but can it be painted, new to this so am asking before doing something stupid.

Any body knows of a location in or near Sturgis MI?
