    Why not it surely beats a thread with those trying to convince everybody that you are fishing for a living a living when competing in 48 B.A.S.S. Open Tournaments and collecting around 3 Grand in total winnings.

    There has to be a least a pinch more reality in the MLF/ BPT FLW acquisition plus it does stir up some entertaining Conspiracy Theories and One Liners that are good for a laugh or two.

    I was told Kroenke said he would put up half the money to purchase FLW. The other half to come from the angler/owners. A couple of them supposedly declined to participate, so Boyd purchased their shares. 6 million was the figure that was thrown around.

    Why didn't Polaris have to disclose the terms of the acquisition?

    I read that as disclosed to the press. It probably is in their 10k filings or something, but may take a forensic accountant to figure out what it is.
