I bought my spare wheel/tire from Amazon. Etrailer.com has them too. Not sure on your specific cradle.
Got mine off Amazon as well. Was pretty cheap - like $60-70 I believe? I used a spare mount that hangs off the side of the trailer, got it off Amazon as well.

I ordered my 2020 with a spare, it's mounted in the cradle. I didn't pay attention to how its mounted but looking through my pics it looks like it's using a U bolt mount I saw one of these on amazon for not much.
I believe LAfirechaser is correct they use a u bolt to mount the spare. Try and figure out a lock of some type thats an easy steal item. I got my spare from tractor supply.

I picked mine up from BPS when I bought the boat. Yes, I could have paid a little less ordering online or even going to Walmart. However, BPS had a good mount and the same tires as came with the trailer
