Not sure would be near where your heals are when sitting in the seat. Looks like it has 6/8 screws that hold it on whatever plate or switch should be there
The hole just below the middle seat is where the net goes.

I’ll post up a picture. The net hole makes sense but it has 6 screws in it and it’s just an opening seems weird
