2012 Etec 175 Not getting WOT

Hey guys I have a 2012 etec 175 it was a re-power and after running it a few times I noticed it was time to change the shifter as it was from 97 and getting old and I cracked the plastic red lever on it. I changed the shifter to a new BRP concealed mount but it seems I'm not getting WOT now. When I take the air box off the butterflies are not opening 90 degrees. Is this possible if I only changed the shifter and didn't touch anything at the motor?

You should always check the throw on the cables when anything in the control path has been changed. Just a simple cable adjustment at the motor.

Thanks Champ! What is the process for adjusting the cables?
