when i launched the boat today, i tried to start it as usual and it made a funny noise. when i turned the key, it didnt really turn over as it usually does. instead, it made a screeching noise, then winded down. it sounded like a car trying to start with a semi dead battery, but i know my battery was fully charged. well, after a couple of turns, it finally turned over and started...it was cranking like normal, and you could tell the battery was completely charged....when it first started, it made a sneezing sound and died....i started it again, and finally it picked up enough to idle...it was idling really rough with random sneezes.
i have never had this problem before...what could be the cause of this? also, as the day went on, the hols shot became more and more sluggish. i would normally think i am just paranoid, since the problems it gave at the ramp, but my fishing partner even noticed it. need advice please! thanks in advance
