TYBEE ISLAND INFO NEEDED

Heading to Tybee Island next year (Spring 2008) as a family vacation, thinking of taking the boat, any info on what to do there, what inland fishing is available and boat ramp access, do's & don't's ? Any and all info is appreciated.

The key word for Billy is "IF" he can get his brand new Rude running. There is a lot of good salt and freshwater fishing here. Billy should of got you some good info, but just let us know when you will be headed down and we can show you some fishing that will make you want to move to the south and change your name to Gator or Bulldog Sprint 290DC. Glenn, I guess I deserved that . I promise not to wear any Red & Grey colors during my stay, in order to avoid any obvious issues .

I've heard about the hawgs down there and would love nothing more than to haul one in for a great Kodak moment. Like I told Billy, fishing up here in Ohio in not even remotely in the same ball park as fishing the south.

Thanks. Billy's issue should be pretty minor, considering that it is still under warranty, but it is a Rude,,,,need I say more. What dates you looking to come down here? I deal with the SEC Big ten stuff all the time and had some real fun with it the past year. My wife's family are all die hard buckeye, cleveland browns, and indians fans,,,and they live in FL,,,go figure. Spring can be good for a kodak moment down here. Keep in touch

Both our kids went to Ohio State which made us Buckeye fans needless to say. I actually like to watch the Big Ten games, more so than the NFL games.

We'll be down the 28th of June leaving the 5th of July. I'd love to have been able to make it a spring trip, but our family got together and decided this time would work for all of them.

I'll drop you an Billy a line when that time rolls around. Billy sent me his email address so I'll have a direct line to him.

Your family will have a blast at Tybee. Its no south florida with clear blue water, but it still a great place to have fun. Make sure to do the dolphin tour and dp the parasailing if time permits!!
