    South Cove....

South Cove gates open at Seven O'clock Saturday morning and It cost a couple bucks or so per vehicle to get in. I'm going to call the Park Ranger in the morning to see if we can get in around six or we could meet a Mc Donald and launch at Cane Creek Landing which is about 1 1/2 miles from South Cove at anytime we choose with no
fee for launching our boats. Give me some feed back. South Cove is a better landing with a small dock to load and unload from.

I guess I'm used to corps ramps

I think that they will, it's a better landing if they do. I'll call in the AM and find out.

Yes, if a large tourney is launching they call in advance and get the permits etc, and get the gates opened early for them, otherwise it is 7:00 am, and not one minute sooner.

All you have to do is call the Ranger. He will open the gate anytime you like. He does not always close it. They have night tourneys out of there so he will leave it open.
