    Ultrex Concern

Hello All, I have a 24 volt Ultrex that when running make a noise like it has weeds hitting the prop so it sounds like a clicking noise but when you let of the power the clicking continues for about 5 to 10 seconds after no power. Pull motor up and no weeds. Any ideas?

Pull the prop off and check for line under the prop. It can damage the seal and allow water in the motor that lets water inside. That can be your noise situation. Bob

Nope that was not it. it sounds like the motor is still running based on the clicking noise.

My Ultrex is back to the dealer now for at least the fifth time. It has had every problem ever mentioned. The guy in service wrote up a ticket this time that says junk. This is his words so we will see what happens.

Have you hit anything with it? Sounds like one possibility could be that a part of the magnet in the lower could have chipped off.
