looking for a response there will be a TX on the ST JOHNS RIVER out of palatka in june it will be first annual TX hoping to be a every year thing if we get a good reponse so show of hands that would attend and could spread the word oh by the way 25% of the entrys will be getting paid back so that is paying 1 for every 4 boats that is unheard of so lets see those replys!!!there will be more details to come!!!

I'm with Adam. I would be in if the payout is right and it does not conflict with any major tx trails.

I think he is saying that they are paying back to 25% of the field, i.e. 1 out of 4 boats. At least I hope that is what he means.

My thoughts exactly, I normally wont fish unless its somewhere around a 70-80% payback. I remember one year we were second in what was called the catfish fest. Ed Taylor Sr assisted with the weigh in at Crescent City. We won like 200. We were likethis is BS, there were like 70 boats. After the gas and entry fee we may have won 25$ apiece Do the math. LE/Preston was first , we were second and Lee had third and we were all disappointed by the pay out ( This was 10-12 years ago). But after that I always ask for the percentage being paid out.
LISTEN GENTS IVE GOT THE FLYERS BEING MADE UP IM GOING TO BE PAYING 1 POSITION FOR EVERY 4 ENTRIES WHAT I SAID WAS 25% OF THE TOTAL FIELD WILL RECIEVE A CHECK THAT HAS NEVER BEEN DONE MOST TX,S ARE EITHER 1 FOR EVERY 5 OR 1 FOR EVERY 7 THIS IS GOING TO BE A VERY GOOD THING 1 OF THE CHARITIES IS WOUNDED VETERANS AND THE VETERANS HOSPITAL!!!
