What are some of your favorite ways to catch em in the glades canals.I have had best luck with Bass assassins and frogs up in the pads but when they move out of the pads it gets tough. What do yall do?

whatever happened to hydrilla use to be alot on the trail canals .Great for flippin but havent seen it in a long time

Suspending jerkbaits, crankbaits, swimming jigs, wacky rigged senkos, swimmin an ultravibe worm all have worked at different times for me.
I have not fish the glades in several years but when I live in Ft. Myers there was not much you could not get bit on.
Drag something on the bottom slow on the shelf just b-4 the drop off ..several feet outside of the pads..T rig worms, jig, C rig.....ol Leroy might just lick on it
