    e tec

    I'm buying a evinrude e tec 50 hp all I hear is positive feedback is there anything I should know thats bad about this engine

    Nope I have had my 150 HO for 3 years and I love it. I haven't had any problems. The fuel mileage is good, and it pushes my R81 Ranger 62 with just me. The only problem I had was lower unit seals and bearings but that was from fishing line getting sucked up in the prop. You will love yours too.
