Any ideas what's going on in the Green Cove/Orange Park area? My club from Ga.'s coming down 2/6 and I've never been there. We're putting in at Whitey's Fish Camp. Should I stay in the lake there, go south towards Green Cove or farther or go North?
Any help is greatly appreciated...and I can hook you up on most any Ga. waters if needed. THANKS!
I know there are bass in the lake but, the saltwater in there always screwd with my head so, I always headed south and started fishing where the eel grass starts. The working man series goes out of there on thrusdays in the spring and thru the summer. With that in mind there is always a new stock being released in that area thru out most of the year. So, there should be plenty of fish in that area, Good luck

if its 3/6..........well, lets just say i wouldnt wet a hook north of the shands bridge........(sr16). although there can be some fish in the backs of the canals by then........water is warming fast,but these cold fronts are killers..........

Never been there...is it safe to run most anywhere? Looking at the map I don't see much all the way south until Palatka except maybe Black Creek I think it is. Don't know why they chose that area. I don't mind running a little ways though.
