    Livescope 1” shaft mount insert

Just purchased a Livescope and see in the instructions where they mention a rubber insert for 1” shaft mounting. What does this insert look like? I can’t seem to find mine.

    Called Garmin.....1.5-2hr wait time.

    Thanks!

No not the rubber washer that mounts the shaft bracket to the transducer. It states to use a rubber spacer on the shaft mount if the shaft is 1”. I am assuming it’s some type of shim or spacer to make the clamp tighter.

Yep. It's about a 1.5-2" piece of flat rubber. Basically just a spacer.

Funny, when I was testing this about a year ago I had the same issue. I emailed the engineers and told them I resolved it by cutting a piece of rubber gasket material and glued it to the mount.
