somebody please start one up
im 14 years old and am very interested in joining a jr bassmasters but nobody has a club that fishes near ocala

i know there are some tournaments at harris chain of other jr clubs but they onl fish there once and then there back down south
i know some other kids that would also want fish near ocala

SO SOMEBODY COME ON STEP UP AND GET THE KIDS IN MARION COUNTY STARTED ON BASS FISHIN

that would be cool my son is 12 and he cant become a member in my club til hes 18,and he wants to join badly. it would be good to have a father son club so i could fish with him.

Florida trails Bassmasters has a junior club. It's outta Leesburge....or at least a few members live up that way. I could get you a number if you were interested.

ive fished in tournaments since i was 12 and now am 19 in the ocala area and never heard of a junior bass tournament, it would be a good idea as said before my club doesnt have age limits though

The St Johns Bass Angles has a Jouniors division. They fish a good bit, and got great kids. They are up in Jax though.

i know there is some in leesburg but dont have time to pre fish that far away
or in jacksonville we need a club hat fishes lakes just in marion county or connected to other counties such as lakes bove

we fish club tournaments now but its not enough im doin real good and im one of 2 teenages the being from 16 to 19 im 14 the last two tournaments i got 2nd and 3rd so im looking for somthing more but not somtthing where you have to run unless it has a nonboater side i could do that our boat only holds 12 gallons of fuel and it has a 90 horse thats the main reason we havent went to a bunch of big tournaments

There is a club in Palatka. I believe it is Bass Capital Bassmasters TBF and they have a very active juniors bassmasters. They fish the St. Johns River, Rodman, Orange, Santa Fe. and lots of other local waters in and around Putnam County. I know they go to Weir, Yale, and Harris Chain too.
