I just recently received this boat and it has a 1968 Johnson RKL-30D engine and I need to know what the best fuel/oil mixture is.
25:1 or a quart or oil to 6 gallons of gas it really is 25:1 not 24:1. Welcome to the BBC.
Fuel mixture is 50:1 which is 1 pint to 6 gallons. Use a good quality Outboard Oil such as BRP XD30 or XD50.
