Went over there Saturday just for fun. Through nothing but topwater all day. Buzzbaits and frogs. Best came on a buzzbait, but caught several and missed several on frogs. Don't think color made a difference.

Down lake? Mid? Upper?
Put in at Waterfront which is just down from Goose Pond. Stayed within approximately 5 miles from the ramp heading down lake, either side. I didn't really care where we stopped. I fished huge mats that were acres, and fished small mats about the size of the boat.

I live on Guntersville. Had a great afternoon on Tuesday. Caught 25 to 30 in the two to three range on buzz bait on grass lines mid lake!
