If I had only knew he was bringing breakfast I would have skipped work.

You're very welcome, Robert. It's been a long-standing Alabama Chapter joke for someone to bring the biscuits on tournament morning. Since this one was close to home and I didn't have to spend a gazillion dollars for gas this time, I figured it would be a nice gesture. Too bad Todd, Harry and Alan (perpetrators of the whole "bring the biscuit" joke) weren't there to enjoy 'em!

As much as I hate to admit it, you're a lot closer to the truth than you think!

Anyway, on to the results....... Fishing was tough for most of us but, as usually happens in a tournament situation, someone managed to figure 'em out. First place went to the team of John Scogin and David Scogin who weighed in the only five fish limit for a total of 13.45 pounds. Their bag was anchored by a nice 3.4 pound largemouth which also took "big fish" honors. Chris Fortney and I somehow managed a second place finish bringing four fish to the scales weighing a whopping 6.3 pounds.

I hope everyone had a good time. At least the weather cooperated for once even if the fish didn't.

I look forward to seeing everyone at Upper Bear on March 21st!!

I think we do. I also want to thank him for breakfast and for the early birthday dinner that I got when we got home. There is nothing like fresh burgers with onions and whisishire sause all mixed up. Thanks Dad.

We had 8 boats on the ABA tourney. 16.73 worth of smallies won it with 15.44 second. I only had 4 little dinks.
