Little Bear was in the running for our August tournament but it got edged out by Pickwick. I'd like to make it my pick for September since it's one of those lakes that I've wanted to fish but have never made it for some reason. I figure now's just as good a time as any!
I'll go with Little Bear.
How about Wheeler and put in at Ditto Landing and you can only fish from Guntersville Dam to I-65 Bridge.

Y'all are too far away from me but I have a question. What's wrong with Neely Henry?
Oh well you guys have fun at Little Bear if it wins. I made the hour and a half drive last monh to fish Pickwick. I don't know how long it would take to get to Little Bear but it would be longer than that. Good Luck

Tough choice!!! But if I had to choose I would rather go with Wheeler for Sept....
Wheeler out of 1st Creek (or anywhere but Ditto). If some folks need a place to stay you can stay at our house. Cheap rates with electrical hookups.

I am not going to make this one, so take my vote down. I hit a channel marker last Saturday morning floating right below the waterline in the middle of the channel on Wheeler last Saturday. Headed to C&O tommorow to drop the boat off for hull, top cap, and engine repair.
Audeuce, I will see you at C and O tomorrow... I will be there bright and early...
I'll be the one with a busted top cap and scratches with green paint down the side of the hull.

WOW! Sorry to hear that, Jeff. How in the world do you hit a channel marker in the middle of the channel? That makes he sick to even hear about it!
I will try to make this one if we fish Wheeler. I like the Ditto landing idea myself but will take that or Ingall's in Decatur.
