I can't fish with y'all that week, but you should consider Bankhead Lake. (Warrior river) That would give you something new.
We tried Bankhead once before but didn't only had just a couple of boats sign up so we never fished it. I still want to fish Holt again, too.
it wasnt bankhead we fished Avery, it was holt, bankhead is the next and last lake north on the warrior. It's a good place also, I like holt better but just becasue that's where I live and have fished for many years.
I think we should give the warrior some more chances, for the south bunch(if they ever come further north than the bama river or lake mitchell on the coosa :)
from demop up to akron/moundville area can be outstanding, and not much presure.
lot's of places that these green fishes swim around here
