Whats the difference in the 5001594 and the 5001595 impeller Kits?
Looks like the 94 kit is for early motors of the 80's vintage and the 95 kit is for later models 93 on. Don't know specifically what the differences are, although they do look like they contain the same style parts. One (the 94 kit) has a "Spray hole vent" and the other doesn't, whatever that is...

The ...94 water pump kit is for NON-split-line gearcases, usually 20" motors and all before 1993. It has a different pump housing, a white or yellowish color, with a vent hole neear the stb. side bottom area for filling the exhaust housing with water.
The ...95 kit is for '1993 and later motors WITH the split-line gearcase. The housing is a dark color, there is no vent hole near the stb. side, and it comes with 2 different length water tube guides and a rubber seal for them that goes around the engine's watertube. It seals the exhaust housing area to hold water in it.
