    Next Boat

I am starting to look for a anther boat and seriously considering a 21ft triton for my next boat. Looking at getting one from 2004 - 2008. I am a little confused on all the different models produced during this timeframe. Lets see... there is the tr series, the tr-x, the tr-x-HP, the X2, and the X3. Which one of these is the best hull design? Correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding is the Tr series were fast but a more difficult to drive and the X2 is a lot slower boat, but rides great and has a big deck. My friend has the X series and it is a nice boat. I have rode in my friends boat but none of the others. So can anyone tell me which is the best hull design and why?
What I am looking for in a boat is one that is not real difficult to drive, big deck, and decent speed... maybe 72-74 loaded. I am currently in a 19ft srtatos that is a good boat for my home lake but I am fishing starting to fish different lakes more often with rougher water such TN river lakes. So, what do you think???

X3 is a 2009 model. Other than that you pretty much have it. 21X2 is a good combo for the better ride. Low 70's and a ton of boat.

Which tritons come with the spring seats? Are all the x2's the same because the in the manual it shows the 07 to have a 95" beam and 21'6" length. The 08 to have 94" beam and 21' length. Is this correct?

Those Tritons will ride with any boat out there, I think some folks put too much into ride, most all of them do fine, it is layout and how they fish and perform, that is what you need to look at.

Easily passed! I was just trying to let the guy know, Champion has a better ride than a Triton. And by the way I currently am running a Triton. I love my boat but in my opinion, champion rides better!!

my 21x2 runs way better than the 198 I had. yes, it's shorter, but this boat dominates big water. Fishes better and has a ton better shorage up front
