Get a hole shot plate for your jackplate and mount it to that. Works great for me

Thanks for the info. Do you have to make shim to keep it horizontal on the Hole Shot plate?
Not on mine but you could buy some aluminum pieces from Lowes and make some spacers if needed

Mounted mine to my hole shot plate....
NO, you do not need spacers. After you install the
LSS transducer, LEVEL your boat, then take the level
and level the transducer. Mine came with an adjustable
mounting bracket to move it up or down. ( I think they all do )??
