18x guys-what is the diameter of our center storage box?

I am shopping for a new net and want to be sure it fits in my center storage box. My boat and current net are sleeping away from my house...otherwise I'd measure it myself. Thanks!

The opening is 17"W x 14"D. As far as depth goes, I can't reach the front with my arms and even when I try to get into the compartment (I can't fit) but I still can't reach the front with one shoulder in it. Hope this helps.

Thanks again. I looked at two nets yesterday (both Frabill conservation series nets for bass). One has a 20" diameter; one is 23".

I think my current net is 20". I just put it in the center bin by turning it slightly sideways and tilting it down a bit. Once I get it through the opening, it fits just fine in the bin.

Thanks again. I will probably stick with the 20" diameter one.
