Stock 250 XS Stroker Record

My Autism Awareness boat set a new Stroker stock 250 XS record 102.4 MPH :!: Today :D

This was with my 82 MG trolling motor on the boat as you can see.

2008 250XS, 1.62 Titus X Case, ( and just for Allen ) with a Hydromotive Prop

I want to really thank Todd @ Hydromotive for working so hard with me over the past month or so and the couple of special props he's sent for me to try. I'd like to think if we get the RPM's up a little more it will do even better but as everyone knows the XS's have a lot of torque :!:

Eli, great running!!

But it's not the record.........Blackie went 102.8 mph, stock 2008 250xs, on 2 consecutive passes with a MK 80lb troller,.......... I thought you knew that.

It's still great running, and you may be able to surpass her, only .4 mph to go.........

After those runs, I gave up on the setup and put a Hydro Tec short shaft 300x on her and used her for our tourney season.

No I didn't know that Blair thanks for updating me, I had just seen you post recently that 102 was the best you had ran Blackie but no matter I'll check back then when we get those couple hundred more RPM's

Yep, we tried a few more passes but couldn't get her to 103 MPH. Then it was time to put on a real motor..............

Yes, you are correct Eli. I did run her 102. 102.8 is still 102, only when the gps turns over to 103, is it 103..........

Noland: Actually it is and at some point in time I'll be more elaborate about what the tweaks are but I have my reasons right now for not being more specific but when I do elaborate it will be something everyone can benefit themselves by doing. I'm hoping once I put the boat away for the season will be a good time if everything goes as planed

Till then may I use this exposure to point out that 1 in every 93 children in the US are now being diagnosed with Autism. When I started this effort to raise Autism Awareness just a 4 years ago it was 1 in 150. We as a country need to make this a issue a National Mandate it's scary what's happening, we have no answers as to "why" and we need to all push that something be done about this National crisis!

I really don't have a dog in this race as my little Ally is slow compared to these strokers but since you guys like to give Eli a hard time all the time I have to ask. Any proof of this? GPS pics? Smartcraft pics? Video? I am not saying it isn't true by any means I would just like to see.

Hello Mr. Paul - Eli is doing great with his set up for sure. I'm pretty sure he was aware of how Blackie ran, because it broke his first record with a 250xs on a stock Stroker.

I believe we accomplished this 1.5 years ago, maybe longer - I do know it was hot down here when we did. We had several Stroker owners present and some others as eye witnesses, probably some video too. It's always good to have a few folks around when we are running for safety. None of our stuff is done in a vaccum.

Kudos to those who look to max out their set ups. I kind of wished I spent a bit more time on Blackie before going immediately to the 300x.......

She is a strong runner, we used her on our tourney trail and never ran her for speed runs. With a power pole, full gas, 2 people, full livewells, troller, ect. we ran 104-ish


I sold her to Flwillie about 7 months ago, and he is enjoying her now........

Whoa.....good running Eli...and Blair...I will never see the top side of 100...pretty close on bottom side you guys do your homework was gonna put 300 on mine..not doing it...but i will have 300 on the next one..which will be soon
