I replaced mine with one of these fully adjustable with no moving parts type. They will cut it for you if you give them the tank dimensions. http://www.centroidproducts.com/tableofc.htm

I wanna say $60. But don't hold me to it. I like that it don't make my gauge bounce around at all. I can adjust my empty so I have some gas in as a reserve or on fumes. I chose to have reserve. You also can adjust the full mark. They were real nice people when I delt with them.

Heres another one, probably the same thing.

I needed this one below for my Yamaha digital gauges.

    Re: Gas tank (21XDC)

Mike that is probably a better sender but I tried to call them for a week and a half with no answer. So I gave up. The bad thing is there are just up the road from me.
The one I have does not bounce and it is fully adjustable because I have it hooked up to the NMEA 2000 network and can chose three different adjustments. 2 point, 3 point or 5 point. IF you do not have it hooked to the 2000 network then there is no adjustment.

Then why are you calling for a week and a half?

    Re: Gas tank (mo stroker)

I measured the tank at 15 inches and they recommend that you order one inch shorter. Not really sure why. But after all that you want the 14 inches.
