Looking for ride/fishing in a Stroker in East TN.

I'm highly considering ordering a Stroker as my next boat. But I really want to fish out of one before making my decision since I am such a big guy. I'm trying to find someone in Northeast TN or East Tn that can get me in a boat with them for a little while. A demo ride would be great, but fishing out of it helps make sure it fits my needs. I'll pay for fuel and stuff. I am planning on making a trip down to meet Chub anyway. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just post up here and I can pm contact info. Thanks! Dustin
