Can the wide left to right angel be changed on the PS-31? And what does the offset angle do? Cannot figure that out. There is positive offset and negative offset, what would that be used for? Saturday I fished around a bridge pile on and could see the column even after pointing PS-31 about 70 degrees off to the side of it.
The LiveVu Forward beam (port to starboard) can be adjusted from 10, 20, or 40 degrees. Not exactly what you are referring to by offset. There is a Bow Offset (in case your transducer is not on the trolling motor, enter distance from transducer to bow). This allows you to read distance from bow instead of transducer.
Todd, I will look at the menus again tonight so I can be sure of what the menu says and repost tomorrow. But from what you describe I may have been wrong on calling it an offset Thanks for the reply.
