    285 live well lids

Just noticed both my livewell lids on my 2006 285 are cracked. I guess new ones are my only option. Who sells them ?

Re: 285 live well lids (Southfork)

I put a piece of aluminum tube along the inside of mine on a 294. Both sides were cracked before I did this and it has held up nice since. There is a pic on this thread. http://www.bbcboards.net/zerothread?id=572251 might save you buying new lids.

Re: 285 live well lids (thatscasual)

Thanks for the Tip. Went to Home Depot last night and bought a peice and bolted it in place. No give at all now. May this will stave off the new lids for a while
