Mine have come loose so I took them up and cleaned them I used a marine epoxy to put them back on from lowes.. Guess what it didn't work.
What do I need to use to put these back on.

Call C&O and order new pad mat'l, cut to fit and install. Gonna have to clean the Lowe's epoxy off first.
