Hello all. I'm thinking of buying a Stratos it is a 2004 275 Pro XLS with a johnson 115HP. the boat is super clean. The electronics are basic. But over all it is in great shape. Below is the add. Just wondering if 9000 is the right price for it. I'm going to buy it bending putting it on the water when theer rivers go down.

Don't know about price, but if you are fishing rivers you'll probably have to upgrade the trolling motor to 24v and the electronics are basic, too.
looks like a nice boat, if your buying from an individual take it to a trustworthy mechanic or boat dealer and have it checked out before you purchase it. The motor is close to half the price of the rig. Have a compression and leak down test done on the motor to make sure it's in good health. This may cost you a couple hundred dollars up front for the inspect but it is well worth it and may end up saving you a ton of money in the long run. Also ask if he has the service records or history on the engine to see how it has been maintained.
