Carb powehead on Ficht mid section?

Anybody know if a 200 carbed powerhead will fit on a 200 Ficht mid and lower unit? The years are both 1999.

Pretty sure it will but think you will need to plug the sniffer tube on the adapter plate.

Thanks ChampioNman, I found a carbed powerhead for a good price and was thinking of using it instead of ordering the parts to rebuild the ficht. I have the block ready for new pistons and all but found a powerhead that is cheaper than all the new rebuild parts for the ficht. It really boils down to more of a time issue to do the rebuild as I have no problem with the big ficht motors.
