    360TM inverting image issues

    I love my 360 on the TM. However, recently I have noticed that nearly every time out the image is inverted. What is obviously in front of me shows behind me on the screen. As resolution, I use the hex wrench to spin the module and this solves the issue short term. However, stow the TM and make a run, re-deploy the TM, and quickly realize the image is inverted again! So I spin the module back to the original direction. This has gone on for about a month! Yesterday, after several attempts to align what I can physically see with the 360 image, the module had to be turned 90 degrees instead of the regular 180's. Any ideas what may be causing my images to invert? I have a 1198c si head unit on the bow and connected to my 360. The GPS puck is right on the bow and I don't seem to have any issues with either.

    You may have a failing motor or low voltage.

    My unit started doing the same thing after sending it in for repair. I sent it back in with a detailed note about what was happening. i got it back Friday with a note saying there is nothing wrong with it that i needed to turn it off before removing it from the water. my previous 2 years experience says i can leave it running and everything worked fine before they worked on it ( i believe the unit froze after use in extreme cold). I am out $200 in repair fees and the cost of shipping it 2 times and i am sure it is still broken but my boat is 2 hour away in the shop having motor work done. I will be calling hummingbird service department again Monday. I have a important tournament coming this week and i am not happy at all with hummingbird also having issues with a helix 12 waiting to see if they get it fix under warranty for the second time in under 2 years for the same thing. Something appears to have changed at hummingbird in the last year or so. Customer service and unit reliability seams to have gone down hill. They need to slow down getting item in the field until they get them properly tested.
