    tach not reading right

    how can i check to see if my tach is correct? running at 5500 it dont sound like it. and i got plenty of peddle left. its a 94javelin 389T with a 175 fastrike.... thanks

    same here, I dont think my tach will read over 5000 rpms, i'm sure its turning faster than that but I dont know how to check for sure
