I have a 1997 295 pe. My trouble is that my aerator will not work. I am only getting 4 volts at the pump/motor. I put the switch on the dash on "Fish" and the switch on the front on manual. I also tried it in the timer mode, but still only get 4 volts right at the pump.


Any Ideas???
