I have the opportunity to pick up a 96 Stratos 201 XL for1200.00. This is just the boat and trailer. Has fish finders, new 71 pound thrust trolling motor. Jack plate, hot foot and other things. The gel is done and will need to be redone, the foor has a spray in non slip coating so recarpeting will be easy. The there is one soft spot on the floor. New seats

you mite put alot more into it then you'd want too. What i would do is total everything up that you would need to replace and fix... include everything top to bottom front to back and all places inbetween including new gel........ once you get your total... go look on like boat trader or even C&O and see what you can get for that total price that you woulda spend fixing your boat up to be the way you want it
