fuse panel location

Do any of you know where the fuse/breaker panel is located on a 1996 400TSD?

If i remember right they used a round fuses (in line) for each switch. Look for the round cap to unscrew under each toggle switch. Look up under the dash for a fuse block if I am wrong on the fuses being with each toggle switch. Its been some years since I had a 400.
