What performance numbers should I expect to see?

Right now my boat is setup like it was from the dealership with no jack plate. It is a Stratos 200XL with a Merc 225 ProXS. Okay, I am planning on having a 8" setback hydraulic jack plate installed in the very near future. I know that there are a ton of variables but if dialed in correctly and the weather/temp/water conditions are perfect, what speed should I expect from this setup?

My 2007 200XL/225 ProXS in 95 degree air and 90 degree water with a B&B 26 Tempest or a stock 26 Fury 8" jackplate 3 1/4" below the pad 1 person tournament loaded would run 76-77 GPS.
