2014 520c Compartment Light Upgrade suggestions

Would like to upgrage the compartment lights as the current lights don't do well for tying and adjusting baits in the AM. The boat came with ozuim deck lights that don't help. Was leaning towards Bluewater strips compartment light kit for a 100$ vs rigids at 69.00$ a piece. Just was wondering if someone as modified or added from what they used and how were the results.

The BW LED's are an awesome addition. They make a rod locker kit which can be ordered in many colors. I personally had the blue lights to give them character & not be too bright.

Can the blue water lights use the current wireing in the rod boxes or does the wiring have to be replaced?

If we concentrated on the really important stuff in life, there would be a shortage of fishing poles

For those that have used the bluewater what color did you find the best and what configuration did you use? I was thinking Blue just not sure how well you can see to tie lures on or just go white.
