Humminbird mount

Just bought a Humminbird 797 and everything is installed and works fine on my 294 XL. My question is when i put it in the dash there is no way to keep it in there. Just wondering if im not seeing something or if there is a mod i can come up with. Thanks

you can rig it in there like mine. or humminbird sells a dash mounting kit. i think there about $20

Agree. The mounting kit comes with an aluminum bracket, two long bolts that go into the back of the unit and some 2-sided tape that will help keep the unit in place. I recommend it!!
