Orange/Black ACC wire in bow?

I have a 176XT and noticed in the bow of the boat that where the wires for the trim switch and bow light connect there is also an orange and black set that say "ACC" on them. They both have a butt splice connector but thats it. Could I use this set as my power wires for my bow mounted sonar unit?
