My trim was very slow the other day and went out. When I push the up or down it clicks but the motor will not go up or down. I tried to charge the battery but it still will not work. I think it is the trim motor because the wires coming from the relays going to the trim motor has 12 volts. Can anybody clear this up for me.

Try a NEW RELAY
A simular thing happened to me a while back and another BBC'er gave me a spair RELAY that he had just to get my motor dropped down for transport.
On the way home I stopped at NAPA and bought TWO NEW RELAYS, my troubles were over.
My engine has just did the same thing. Relay went out and i had to switch them to get the engine to go up.
