I am running a 1994 Stratos 284 with a 150 Evinrude Intruder and am curious to know what kind of props everyone else is running. Right now I have a 25 pitch Renegade and am getting 52 mph tournament load by myself at 5600 RPM's. I run a pretty heavy tournament load and also have a maxxum 101 (36 volt).
What should I be expecting for speed?
I'm running 24" Raker and a 6" jackplate I get 56 on GPS. So far I love the boat but not quite as fast as other 18 footers. I not sure why but seems to be a short lived model. Update on how you like the boat.

Wish the boat was faster and rode better in rough water but I guess that is what you get for having an older, small boat!
