Does anyone know the proper wiring of the trolling motor charging switch, mounted on the front panel, on an 89 Javelin 396? Better yet, does anyone have a wiring diagram?

The gentleman I bought my boat said that he wired the switch so that the trolling motor would only operate on 12 volts. He said the function of the switch is now only to switch between the batteries. I want to fix it so that my trolling motor will operate on 24 volts.
