Hi Guys,
I was just wondering if you could tell me how I can get at the sender unit on my gas tank for my 1994 201 Stratos. Its not visible from the back and I am thinking its probably under the seats.
My gas gauge is now pinned in the up position (full) and I am trying to troubleshoot the problem. So any thoughts you can provide on the whole troubleshooting process for the gauge and sender unit would be great.

remove seats, lift hatches to live wells and storage in rear, remove screws that are in the side of the carpet not the hatch lids themselves, remove screws holdiong on top peice of deck behind the seats, remove the flooring that the seats sit on ( about 12 screws on each side) this should lift out also like the deck peice now for easier access remove the brackets that hold the tanks in and slide the tanks forward a bit you will have easier access to the sender and other stuff ( see pic in my post on stratos does it again) as for the unit C+O or even west marine will have new ones probably the float got stuck
