    Question ZX-190 purchase

    How's it going guys. 1st post here after lurking for awhile. Looking to getting back in the game and wanted to run something past the guys in the know. Have a good friend of mine who's offered to sell me his 2012 ZX-190 at payoff. Right around $24k. Motor is the Yami Hpdi 175 with around 40 hrs on it. Electronics is lowrance hds-5 console and some other black/white lowrance at bow. Standard Motorguide trolling motor. I've been with him most of time it's been ran and know its been taken care of. Didn't know how much the boat was worth now vs just buying a new one. Still has about a yr left on motor warranty and a couple more on the hull. Always loved the boat. Just didn't want to loose my tail on it if I decided to trade up in a few years. Thanks for any help...

    If you get a new boat you will lose even more of your tail at trade in.
    $24k is not a bad deal. Just a quick check online and I see prices from $24900 to $29K.
    With you knowing the history and how it has been taken care of you are at an advantage.
    Low hours on the motor. Mine has 88 hours.
