    Glass Work

Any suggestions on a good fiberglass repair shop near Eastern Tennessee??? I was dumb enough to beach a new ZX20 for tournament weigh in and parked on a rock. The scratches are just through the gel coat (missed the keel guard by an inch). All is really needed is a little gel and sand down. I thought about doing the repair my self but I am having second thoughts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Black Imedge is the name on the MSO. I have contacted Skeeter to see if they can help with the gel coat. No reply to my email yet.

I personally would do it myself. It is bound to happen, and after you know you can repair the scratches it won't make you so sick anymore everytime it happens. You don't want to be constantly in the shop everytime you scratch it. Those fiberglass repair kits will allow you to fix it so good that you will be happy with it. And it is alot cheaper than taking it in.
