Have you looked into the Aurora's yet? There's one in their "specials" section for a ZX-250, red acrylic (same as mine) for $575. I'll tell you one thing, they are heavy! Compared to my last cover, when I fold it up and take it off, it's gotta weigh 20 lbs more than my last one. Put up a post on the main board asking opinions on Aurora covers, and you'll see nothing but positive responses...yeah they are pricey, but you get what you pay for and then some. I had a "sunbrella" in the past, and there was just no comparison. good luck which ever way you go. If I can answer any questions on it shoot me a pm.

I've got one on my 02 ZX250 and it solid. The only problem is, it's not water proof and anytime it rains (not often anymore) it creates mold.
